Standard Procedure for ordering tobacco from Chevron Leaf Tobacco in Zimbabwe

1. Inquiry

   The client sends an inquiry and specifications

2. Company provides grades

   We prepare an offer with grades that match specifications; the offer consists of grade mark, crop type, product form, packaging, chemistries, grade description, price, incoterms.

3. Client gets samples

   We send the offer together with samples of the product or the samples are send on request after confirming grades wanted.
   
   Client can request a new blend or prefers to do trial packs to set the grade and samples are taken from the trial packs which will be used as agreed samples for production runs.

4. Price, terms and conditions agreement

   If client agrees with prices and other terms, samples are agreed and counter signed as they are used for pre and post shipment inspection.

5. Shipping

   We then ship the agreed order to the client anywhere around the world.
